I have worked at CZWG for a number of years at different stages of my career, and have always felt valued as an integral part of the team. The practice has continually supported me, allowing me to hone my skills and architectural interests in a unique, engaging, and dynamic environment. Aside from work, the office encourages social activities, ranging from ping-pong to bake-off competitions!

We foster an inclusive and collaborative culture. Everyone at CZWG has an important role to play. From the senior leadership team to our cohort of year out / summer placements, we value good ideas, communication and natural talent. Team outings to recently completed projects, monthly breakfast presentations, charity events, studio table tennis and foosball, our summer softball and rooftop barbeques, design competitions and annual (and much-anticipated) ‘CZWG Bake-Off’ all make studio life lively and rewarding.

We are an AJ100 practice.
