Architectural Technician / Technologist

We are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join our practice in Clerkenwell, London to provide technical support working predominantly on mixed-use residential schemes.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a thorough technical knowledge of residential and retail projects, and will have:

  • Excellent technical and detailing skills.
  • A thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
  • The ability to produce accurate working drawings and packages.
  • Excellent REVIT skills.
  • Good design awareness and an enthusiastic, committed attitude to work.
  • A proven track record in delivering projects to a high technical standard.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
