Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable receptionist to join our team in Clerkenwell, London.

Receptionist duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Unlocking and locking the office at start and end of the day (9:00am and 6:00pm)
  • Meet and greet visitors, and organise refreshments
  • Answer and field incoming calls
  • Date and distribute incoming mail and parcels
  • Post outgoing mail and parcels
  • Manage couriers, taxis and travel
  • Ensure meeting rooms and other areas are kept tidy, clear rooms after meetings
  • Manage stationery supplies and office amenities (tea/coffee/fruit/milk etc)
  • Assist with the recycling collection and managing the cleaners
  • Update the project / companies / contacts office database
  • Running general errands
  • Provide administrative support to office manager, partners, associates and project architects as required

CZWG was founded in 1975. We are based in Clerkenwell – central to the lively street markets on Leather Lane and Exmouth Market and the annual Clerkenwell Design Week festival that celebrates the unique nature of this vibrant London district.
