Deptford Bridge Resubmitted for Planning
We’re pleased to share that following our planning submission earlier this year, the design team has made a series of significant updates to the scheme during the consultation period. These changes were shaped through productive workshops with officers from London Borough of Lewisham and Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Working closely with local officers, the revised proposals reduce the scheme’s impact on the townscape, improve its relationship with nearby conservation areas and the high street, and expand the public landscape offering. We’ve also added more detail around the human-scale experience and strengthened our sustainability commitments.
We’re delighted to have resubmitted the scheme ahead of the Christmas break and look forward to hosting our third community drop-in event in the new year. We hope to see many of you there.
