Practice | International Women's Day
Today is International Women's Day. We would like to recognise the valued contributions of all our female colleagues at CZWG and to raise awareness about the IWD campaign theme this year of #embraceequity.
At CZWG, we aspire to create an architectural practice as joyously diverse as the communities we design for. The current male/female ratio of our team is 19:11 office-wide. We are committed to address the gender parity of our male-dominated leadership team through progressive recruitment, development and retention initiatives. Our Diversity Action Plan augments our Equal Opportunities Policy through which we seek inclusion of women with a range of lived experiences within our practice, and to influence representation in the wider industry through mentoring, our chosen clients and collaborators and the causes we choose to champion.
