Southern Housing Group achieves planning for Shoreham Regeneration Scheme 'Free Wharf'
Southern Housing Group, advised by CZWG, has been granted planning permission for a 540-unit mixed-use scheme at Free Wharf in Shoreham. Eion Curtis, CZWG’s Senior Associate, said: “The use of BIM technology, specifically Revit, early in the design process was key to creating and sharing our vision for the Free Wharf project. The transparency of this process and the sequence of site approach movies were key to reassuring councillors and the public that the scheme was being designed with the local community’s concerns and values in mind.”
