This major social housing project in South London is nearing completion, delivering 110 much-needed social rent homes for the City of London and the London Borough of Lewisham. From Stage 3 through to site delivery, it has been a rewarding journey for the CZWG team, as the design comes to life and the finishing touches now take shape.
Our team has been working closely with Lovell Partnerships Ltd and The City of London to ensure this community-focused scheme is delivered with care, quality, and purpose.
The project has also been a valuable case study for our newly qualified Architect, Sophie Ryder, who gained first-hand on-site experience supporting the team throughout the construction phase, developing a deep understanding of project delivery, detailing, and collaboration in practice.
Originally designed by Hawkins\Brown, the project received planning permission in 2022.
