Westminster & Kingston Students at CZWG
We kicked off the new year by welcoming a new set of students from the University of Westminster to CZWG for their two-week work experience placement. During their time in the studio, we also invited our RIBA Future Architects mentees from Kingston University to join us for their second mentoring session, creating a valuable opportunity for shared learning and exchange between students.
It is always pleasure to collaborate with such enthusiastic students, that are keen to explore a wide range of architectural conversations, from design development and studio culture to the practical realities of construction beyond their academic coursework. Alongside time in the studio, the team led a short walking tour around Clerkenwell and Angel, including a visit to the listed Street-Porter House and finishing at Islington Square.
“Thank you again for such a valuable insight into CZWG. I am very grateful for the opportunity, and I love the work you guys do”. - Rose H.
These events are part of CZWG’s wider social value initiatives, and we hope the experience was both enjoyable and productive for everyone involved. We wish the students every success as they continue their studies.
