CZWG designed this mixed-use development directly next to the new Emirates Stadium. The highly articulated terrace offers a mix of residential apartments over four floors with commercial spaces, as well as a community health facility at ground floor.

The copper clad extensions signal the building entrances and act as a striking tree-like avenue along one side of the Drayton Park road.
