On the ground floor in addition to the widened pavements for spill out cafés, two pedestrian walkways provide access to a new mini piazza. Retail elements give active frontages to all four aspects. The west tower matches those proposed on the Westfield site across the road. The relief elements house balconies and winter gardens for the market apartments and break out spaces for the offices. They rise to project above the parapets of the rectilinear towers recalling the heyday of celebratory skyscraper silhouettes.
