Daniel studied architecture at the University of Sarajevo. While at CZWG, he has built up a quality portfolio of mixed-use and residential project expertise, and a reputation for proficiency and team leadership.

He is regularly involved in projects from initial concept through to fruition on site. Notable projects include two in Hampstead - Rose Joan Mews consisting of 10 private houses along a secluded mews and the award-winning Alfred Court on Fortune Green Road, formed of 72 homes, including 5 penthouses each with individual roof terraces and exercise pools. For the latter, his parametric modelling skills and team work ethic were instrumental in enhancing the development.

Daniel has a flair for optimising sensitive, urban sites. He brings a knowledge of delivering high quality, high density housing alongside standardisation methods that support speed of construction and financial viability.

He has a keen interest in exploring and contributing to best practice design guidance for new housing purpose-built for the private rented sector. He created our internal London Housing Standard asset library, which informs our work, and produced a PRS Design Guide for a leading housing association.
