Maribel’s experience spans many sectors giving her an overview that is a key asset to the practice, especially at formative project stages. She has a strong understanding of the development potential and planning possibilities for new sites, combined with valuable commercial awareness and solid construction experience. Maribel has worked as Project Architect on numerous projects, including: Hale Wharf, a 400 unit residential development in Tottenham; an office and retail development in Manchester; design proposals for the Bournemouth Pavilion and Gardens; St Edmund’s Terrace, a fast track high-end residential scheme in Primrose Hill; interior fit-out designs for the penthouses of the Alfred Court residential scheme in West Hampstead and Poplar Baths’ residential scheme in Tower Hamlets. She worked on the Curve Library in Slough and is currently seeing the completion of 310 residential units for Redrow in Harrow as well as working on a modular construction student residential scheme and university in Wembley.

Maribel plays a leading role in the practice’s approach to business development and staff recruitment. She studied architecture at Newcastle University and the London Met University.
