Adam is committed to providing high calibre architecture and thrives on resolving the ambitions of the client with the complexities of a given site. Adam is a director in the core management team, focussing on design, with a particular interest in the environment and CZWG’s response to the Climate and Biodiversity Emergency.
Throughout his career at CZWG, Adam has been involved in the design and running of many of the studio’s major projects. He was in charge of the initial Arsenal Football Club developments Vizion7, Queensland Road and Drayton Park, together totalling over 1,600 residential units and 34,000m² of mixed-use commercial accommodation. As design team leader for the construction phase of VizioN7, he was responsible for the highly successful implementation of a large part of the Lough Road East Masterplan.
Adam designed and led CZWG’s delivery of Aurelia Rathbone Market, the pivotal second phase of a flagship mixed use development and the Studio 144 commercial, residential and arts complex at the heart of Southampton’s Cultural Quarter. Working for Redrow, Adam has gained planning permission for 200 homes at Barton Park, Oxford, a new garden city suburb and Healthy New Town created by Grosvenor and Oxford City Council. Adam is overseeing CZWG’s design and delivery of Oaklands, over 240 affordable and 360 PRS homes, and the first major development to be approved by the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) at Old Oak Common.
Current projects include student housing and a residential/industrial co-location development in East London and affordable housing proposals in Cambridge.
Adam studied architecture at Bath University and gained further qualifications with Distinction at the University of Westminster.
