Ahmadzia Hasas
Architectural Assistant

BSc Arch

Ahmadzia is experienced in BIM using Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks Manage to run clash detection and maintain coordinated models within the design team.

He is a key member of CZWG’s team on the design and delivery (RIBA Stages 3-5) of Oaklands, over 240 affordable and 360 PRS homes, and the first major development to be approved by the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) at Old Oak Common. The project is being delivered in Revit from start to completion.

Ahmadzia has also worked on the pre-application of Roots Hall, a site located on the grounds of the old Southend United Football stadium. His early involvement in the project provided the opportunity to set up the Revit models from scratch and to work on the initial massing and flat planning stages.

Ahmadzia first came to the practice in 2015 for a 3 month summer placement. He then joined CZWG as an architectural assistant after successfully completing his Part I studies in 2016. Ahmadzia studied Architecture A-Level course at Stanmore College, London, before completing his Part I in Architecture at the University of East London in Docklands.
