Flavia De Marco
Graphics Manager

Flavia is responsible for driving the brand and design processes for the practice. Her role is a proactive one, producing materials and print and digital tools and templates, commissioning the work of photographers on key projects, managing CZWG’s digital marketing assets and updating and keeping materials consistent. Flavia works closely with CZWG’s Communications and Graphics Manager on materials for bids and competitions, events and social media campaigns and runs an annual brand workshop, including InDesign training and the opportunity for feedback on materials.

Flavia also brings a comprehensive knowledge of visual communication within the built environment sector from her experience working on large scale residential and commercial schemes in London and Buenos Aires. She has collaborated with clients to deliver graphic design solutions on CZWG projects, mostly recently completing a signage and wayfinding strategy for Oaklands, a 600 residential-unit and 3,500m² commercial scheme in Old Oak Common, London.

Her expertise spans several disciplines including large scale graphics, signage, wayfinding and visual identities. Flavia studied at the University of Buenos Aires and received her post-graduate education in Design for Visual Communication at the University of the Arts London.
