BA(Hons) | DipArch | RIBA

Sanjiv is passionate about ‘getting under the skin’ of our clients - to truly understand what added value means for their aspirations and business models, and in doing so creating the kind of trusted relationships that last beyond the life of any single building and, in some cases, decades.

He has led several major projects from the early stages of feasibility studies and the planning process through to completion and has built up particular expertise in high density residential-led developments. His principal schemes include Cascades (Grade II listed in 2018); Millennium Harbour on the Isle of Dogs; and the Cornell and Dryden buildings of the landmark ‘Aldgate Triangle’ in Whitechapel. Sanjiv has also led a series of refurbishments and new buildings in Clerkenwell and Soho, Fulham Island and Southwark and has overseen the multi-phased, ten-year delivery of the 4-hectare Brewery Square regeneration masterplan in Dorchester.

Sanjiv has recently led several large scale residential-led mixed schemes to successful planning outcomes: Crossharbour District Centre, the comprehensive mixed-use commercial and residential development (circa 2,000 homes) and new ‘Town Centre’ of the Isle of Dogs; 1,491 new homes as part of the Southend United Football Club stadium relocation to Fossetts Farm, and 502 new homes for rent at Roots Hall, Southend United F.C.’s existing but outdated stadium.
