Steffan has contributed to numerous masterplan, residential and commercial projects in the studio encompassing a range of work stages from planning to construction, as well as leading several open competition bids on behalf of the practice.

Steffan worked on the construction stages of the Hoola residential tower scheme at the Royal Victoria Docks and as an architectural assistant on CZWG's design team through the early planning stages of Crossharbour, a major mixed-use residential, retail and community project in Tower Hamlets, London.

Steffan is currently liaising with the project managers and sub-contractors on the commercial fit-out of Oaklands, the first major development to be approved by the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) at Old Oak Common, a project he has been involved in since inception.

He has been involved in projects using the latest VR software and understands the importance of engaging with clients, planners, collaborating disciplines and the public through new technologies. Steffan studied architecture at the University of Liverpool, completed his master’s at the University of Greenwich and studied for his Part 3 qualification at the Architectural Association.
