Stephanie Cobb
Communications and Graphics Manager

Stephanie oversees all marketing and PR communications for the practice, seeking to engage with clients, media and stakeholders in a consistent way that builds on CZWG’s strengths and reputation for design quality and technical delivery. She works closely with the management team on business development and key account initiatives, to identify themes and topics that really matter to our clients and collaborators and to align our marketing strategy with the objectives of the business.

Stephanie’s role is a highly collaborative one. She liaises with project teams on the creation of content and to provide brand alignment and editorial consistency to the materials prepared for awards, presentations, bids, tenders and competitions and on targeted campaigns for CZWG's website, social media and the press. She provides support for our Team Carbon, Social Value and work experience programmes and CZWG participation in industry events including the London Festival of Architecture, MIPIM, Open House London, RIBA student mentoring programme and the Royal Academy summer exhibition.

Stephanie brings extensive knowledge of the built environment sector from 18 years’ consultancy experience in Australia and the UK. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science, she pursued a successful environmental-led career in water quality, education, community engagement and impact assessment before transitioning to marketing and communication roles. With a rare combination of technical expertise and creativity, Stephanie understands complex issues quickly and can communicate them effectively. Stephanie acquired a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours from the University of Western Australia and her Graphic Design qualifications from Shillington College, London.
