CZWG is structured as a rounded organisation of interrelationships. Our management team oversee the many facets of architectural practice, covering the key areas of Systems, Management, Business Development, Design and Delivery and focused on the development of staff in order to drive the business forward. All Directors and Associates are involved with and responsible for design projects.

Our employees have always been central to the success of the practice. CZWG fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture where everyone has an important role to play. We value ideas, initiative, trust and rigour. Focus groups have been set up in the key areas of fire safety, sustainability, social value, BIM and MMC enabling teams with specific interests to inform the wider practice. Providing the space and opportunity to cultivate the professional interests and development of our team is key to our future.

We provide support for professional qualifications through memberships, regular CPD sessions, design reviews, site visits, relevant training, design competitions and networking opportunities. Team outings to recently completely projects, charity events, our summer softball and barbeques, communal lunches, fun runs, involvement in industry events including the London Festival of Architecture, UKREiiF, Footprint+ our annual (and much-anticipated) ‘CZWG Bake-Off’ all make practice life lively and rewarding.
