CZWG is structured as a rounded organisation of interrelationships. Our management team oversee the many facets of architectural practice, covering the key areas of Systems, Management, Business Development, Design and Delivery and focused on the development of staff in order to drive the business forward. All Directors and Associates are involved with and responsible for design projects.
Our employees have always been central to the success of the practice. CZWG fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture where everyone has an important role to play. We value ideas, initiative, trust and rigour. Focus groups have been set up in the key areas of fire safety, sustainability, social value, BIM and MMC enabling teams with specific interests to inform the wider practice. Providing the space and opportunity to cultivate the professional interests and development of our team is key to our future.
We provide support for professional qualifications through memberships, regular CPD sessions, design reviews, site visits, relevant training, design competitions and networking opportunities. We have a long history of work experience and summer placements and take part each year in the RIBA Student Mentoring Programme to provide opportunities for architectural students to meet with practitioners committed to the future of the profession and to discuss the role of architects today.
