World Mental Health Day | Bring A Dish Lunch

Here we are celebrating World Mental Health Day, having a team lunch and discussing mental well-being. It was a great opportunity for us to have open conversations about mental health, highlight the importance of self-care, and strengthen our bond as a team.

We had a potluck-style spread where each team member contributed a dish to share. This allowed us to enjoy the diverse backgrounds of our team and created a lively and inclusive atmosphere. It was wonderful to see everyone coming together to enjoy the variety of dishes and share recipes.

In addition to the delicious food and topical conversations, CZWG also provided resources on mental health awareness. It's important to us that everyone feels comfortable seeking help and knows that they are not alone.
